B2B I like the hearts but the tulle is killing it for me. Maybe you should look for something without the tulle....How about this?Blown hearts .I like these and you can add flowers to it to make them even prettier....

I did some searching on the web and cannot find one like that, Charly. The website from the pic that you posted is for members only. Do you know of another website that carry them?

Is anyone NOT doing a tradtional cake topper? I am considering either just flowers on the top or omitting a topper altogether....I can't find one that fits right with the cake style I like, and the monogrammed ones are nice, but I haven't found one that makes me want to look twice....just trying to see what you gals are planning to do.
Personally I like the monogrammed cake toppers, but I haven't found one that I like either. I'm still undecided Bumble, but I better get my act together, I don't have much time.

Since I am doing a double heart motiff, i decided to use the monogrammed heart that sits on its side. It looks like crystal but it's actually acrylic so its light. I did the big, expensive fufu cake topper the 1st time around and afterward it set in my china cabinet collecting dust. This time around I thought something simple but elegant and inexpensive wld do. It's in rexcraft--theHeart-Shaped Cake Top. Sorry, don't know how to paste so you can click on it. give opinions please.

I didnt have a cake topper. I was so tired of all the planning, and couldn't find one that I absolutely loved....so I changed to a cake that already had a "top" of icing flowers. My cake had open layers and since I wanted the island motif...I stuffed the layers with red hibiscus silk flowers. I'll see if I have a scanned pic to post.

THAT IS SOOO CUTE! Do you know if its etched inside or if its on the outside? I see alot of the little figurines that hase the drawing inside and I thnk they are cool.

Cake toppers are not my thing unless it's monogrammed letters that I see nowadays..looks so classy..unless you chose the Lladro...the BOMB baby girl! Now Ladro is very famous, very classy and 20 years from now, you won't look at the wedding photos and say "was I drunk or had low blood sugar when I picked that out?"

I've seen some really nice cake topper at cakejewerly.com It can be a little expensive but they are really nice. Tell me what you think. Sorry I'm new to the site so I don't know how to post the pictures.
