You can get it professionally done or take something like CAC Liquid Colon & Liver Cleanser Extract 16 fl oz: HH. I took it and it cleared up my skin, I had more energy and even gas had no odor at all! (TMI but I had to share! lol)

It does help you lose weight. You would be surprised how my stuff is backed up in your body making you puffy and bloated-- especially around the belly and butt! Yuck. I got an intial 7 pounds out of me the first time. Now the whole world knows that alvinslove. Thanks a lot! lol

I would not use it more than once a week. You don't want to get dehydrated and should NEVER use it as a diet.

I'm in the same boat with you,V!But,I think it's a good idea to have a colon cleasing every so often to keep your system clean.Especially with all those additives that they put in our foods now.I used to date a Jamaican man and he told me to mix brown and white vinegar together along with a little apple juice to cleanse the system. It tastes terrible but believe me,it works fast.

But,did you know that when John Wayne died, they found 44 pounds of waste in his colon??Can you believe that?--Public service announcement.

I really need to do this now. At first I was playing with the idea of doing it but lately I have been gaining so much weight. I've been taking birth control pills since November and they are adding on the weight fast. I have always been 125lbs but now I'm 140lbs. For me thats a big deal becasue I'm only 5'2" and its spreading in my stomach mostly. I took a picture this weekend and did not like the outcome. If any of you women have kids imaging how tall they are/were at age 10-13 then imagine them 140lbs, and thats how I look. I can stand to loose 7lbs or even more. I want to go back to 125 so I need to loose 15 in a few months becasue I have to buy my dress soon but i know it aint gonna be easy.........

Alvinslove, I sympathize with you!! It's so hard to lose weight for some of us, especially when you want to do it the most. I am 5'7 and bordering on 160; 20 lbs heavier than I would like to be. I'm going to try it too and let you know the results {not in detail :) }. I hope you get the results you want too!

I kinda know what you mean, but now really. My son is 9 years old, 5'1 and 132 lbs. He's a little chunky, but not that bad. You make think you worse than you actually do. We are all over-critial of ourselves. Good luck with the weight loss.

Another thing, I heard the craziest thing. A woman at my son's grandmother's job put Preparation H on her stomach, wrapped it up and exercised. She lost a lot of weight around her stomach but I don't know about doing that. lol

Allie and Ivy,you don't really sound like you have a problem. Actually, you sound like what the brothers down south call "thick".My 11 year old daughter is 5'3" and 145lbs.She doesn't like being that size but I wish I had her shape! Are you ladies working out?How are your eating habits?Try cutting down on sodas and drink more water.Crystal light is also a good substitute for sodas.

I love Crystal Light, especially the raspberry peach (I think it’s called) and red grapefruit. Just be careful of the cheaper brands, they are ok but some leave a bad taste in your mouth.

Has anyone had any side effects from losing weight so fast and from using the colon cleansers? Has anyone talked to their doctors about it? I an interested in trying the DrNatura stuff, but the stuff coming out of those folks is kind of scary....and personally I think they might be huge tapeworms....I have seen them before in traveling on a medical mission (Dec 04 and again in Dec 05) to South America and we've seen these things....People walk around with these things for years without knowing it.....

I agree, Crystal Light is pretty good, but it is an acquired taste if you are used to stuff being super sweet....I am not so it works great for me...the Wal-Mart brand tastes the same...and I buy the WalMart brand sometimes because they have my favorite flavor-fruit punch, and crystal light doesn't make that flavor....

I dont like the after taste crystal light leaves but I drink it at work alot because thats all my SIL buys. They even have the travel sizes that you just pour into a bottle of water, shake and drink.
As far as being hick I like that I just dont like my stomach. Even in my smallest size growing up I was always thick but I had a really flat stomach. Now after getting pregnant twice and being on birth control my stomach is getting fat. I look bigger than I did when I was carrying the babies (1 was 4 months and 1 was 5 months).I didnt grow that big but they werent there full term either.Just imagine if I had both of them full term, I'd be as big as a wearhouse! I just started back into a good exerciase routine afte about a year and a half of doint minimum exercises. I used to walk alot and get on the treadmill. now I walk 1 1/2 miles to work and another 30 to pick up the boys from school and I do stretches and work with weights. I just decided I'm not going to stress myself to loose weight but to tone the weight that I have (with the exception of my stomach, I have to do something about that). My eating habits could be better, I really dont eat like I should considering I barely eat at all. I might eat 1 meal a day if that. Not becasue I want to diet but becasue I dont have an appetite.Just the smell of food can make me full, and if I have to cook it by the time I'm dont I dont want it anymore. IS THAT STRANGE?

Wow Allies, I wish I had that "problem" -- lol!!! Girl I love to cook and eat! My family is from the South and we naturally cook large meals. I need to lose some weight though becaue I am not comfortable with my body. I was losing weight in the beginning, now I am not. I don't exercise like I should and I know that is part of the problem. I need to get disciplined, but this wedding planning is stressing me out.

Rhonda thats exactly why I started working out again. the wedding planning stuff was taking over me so to work out my stress I exercise to relieve some of it. It doesnt even have to be long just take 5-10 minutes and dance around the living room or do some stretches I guarentee you will relieve some stress. Sometimes we have to act a fool to deal with whats ahead of us.
As far as the cooking and eating I've always been like that.Every since I was little I didnt like to be in the house when people are cooking then I cant eat.And if I did I'd be way later after everything was put up.I wa born with a small stomach so it wont hold much when I do eat. I can eat a Happy Meal from McDonalds and be too full. Another reason I barely eat is because I try to do to much in a days time. I be too casught up and forget to eat. I'm at work with the kids all day multitasking wth them and paying bills and planning the wedding then when I get home I have to cook for FH so he can eat when the gets home then there's cleaning snd more planning to do.Like all of us here I am just another SUPERWOMAN and I always have to come to the rescue.....the world would be lost if we didnt do all that we do....

So true, welcome to the SuperWoman Club. But in reality, we must not forget about ourselves. I am grateful for your post today, because it is a reminder that I must take care of myself and get the exercise routine back on track.

Yes we must take care of ourselves, becasue if we are not well then things go wrong. I'm glad to hear that my post is inspiring you to start a new routine. I have a site I went to that gives you step by step exercises that can get you started. I googled exrecises and got this website. All I did was write down ste by step the exercises and started doing the at least 3 times a week. How to exercises They are very simple to do and after just a month I am feeling tighter everywhere. There is also another site that has a bridal workout. Just click on ever week and it will tell you what to do.I ahvent started this one because it seems like toy need a home gym. But here is The Bridal Body Workout
