I had my soloist sing Never Felt This Way, the Alicia Keys version. it was a little shorter than the original version

we lit the candle off of I Trust God-by Johnny Sanders; after lighting the candle we went to kneel at the prayer bench. The song itself is a prayer so it was oh so fitting!

We did the Unity Sand ceremony but had a poem read during it instead of a song.

I also like Forever by Jaheim or The One He Kept for Me by Maurette Brown-Clarke.
