My Flowers Need Help

My flowers arrived today and they look realistic but their suposed to be round and they are but lopsided i dont like the bow the stems are too short and its missing something i guess their no full enough i bought the flowers on ebay she had great feedback and the bouquets on her page were beautiful shes glued and taped how can i correct this as my money cannot be refunded and she was suposed to email pics as she completed a bouquet, bout,coursages and she didnt she just shipped the order and hasnt answered my emails.

Sorry to hear that Pebbles, if you can post some pictures, perhaps we can come up with some ideas on how you can correct this. The ladies here are very creative.

Also communicate your problem to the seller and in your review, perhaps she might be willing to compensate you somehow.
