Not sure what type of flowers you are looking for but i ordered rose buds www.efavormart.com they came 84 buds for $15 or so... some other sites i went to were
www.afloral.com
www.1888flowermall.com
I know I have some more sites on my work computer (I am home today)but these were the best in my opinion but I went with efavormart. Afloral has great variety of flowers.

I'm using Angels Accents. The lady flowers are beautiful and they look and smell real.
