Hi Teresa,
I wasn't able to post the pictures you wanted because they're copyrighted, however, if you go to www.advantagebridal.com. There, you will find truly magnificent ones. FH and I have just ordered 2 Fully Encrusted Swarovski Crystal Cake Jewelry Letters ( B,A). They were $74.95 for each letter, but that's what we wanted. They have lesser priced ones, but go and pay them a visit. You will not be disappointed.
are u referring to the wooden letters in front of the cake (usually WE DO) or the cake topper which is usually the monogram..i know ac moore has the wood letters to go in front of the cake..
Nice Letter!!!But it is hard to make out what letter it is?Great Deal $20.00.WOW I wish I was crafty and do the crystals myself.Does he offer any with crystals?
I was looking for letters to go in front of cake.We don't have a ac moore where I leave I don't think. But yes I was looking for pics like that or ideas.
I also used Crafty Eddie
I ordered my letters from him and then placed the stones on them.
They have the sticks aready on the bottom so you can use it on the front or top of your cake.
This is mine mid way before finishing
Heres my completed letters
You can find the wooden letters at WalMart in the arts & craft section. You just have to paint them yourself. Also, many dollar stores have been known to carry them.

Mrspotts I am loving your letters !!!!How big are the stones u got and where did u get them from.I might try it myself i am not crafty but FH is !!!So how much did he charge for letters and how many stones did u need to complete and how long did it take u? Are u doing both sides of the letters? How did u here about crafty eddie?Does he have a website?
Also one last question how big are the letters?
I know I got a lot of questions but they are beautiful!!!
MrsPotts your cake topper is lovely, absolutely lovely. How much did Eddy charge you if you dont mind me asking. Also what type of glue and what size cake topper and stones do you need?
I just bought the one letter. If I would have gotten three (large last initial with smaller first initials) it would have been $16, including shipping, if I'm not mistaken.
He just sent me an email and it said that individual cake toppers are $3.00 each, however he didnt give me any sizes, and he said that the 3 in 1 toppers are $15.00 plus shipping and handling. He also said that he could make words and numbers for the table
Ok ladies, I just ordered my cake topper, and am having eddy make me a monogram stand for the place card table. It will look somewhat like the picture below, except it will be in the same font and my cake topper.
Hey housewife147
HE charged about $3 per letter and I use a glue call gem tac ( I think)
It worked great and it dried clear which worked out for me cause I was a little messy at times
I use the flat back stones from rhinestoneshop.com
Ok thanks for the info. Now my question to you is how did you pay him. I was thinking about writing a check however I am starting to feel uneasy with giving out my account information. Maybe I will use paypal instead
Ok I just went on the website that you purchased the rhinestones from. Now my question to you is which stones should I purchase to decorate my cake topper and possibly my table accent. My wedding colors are champagne, latte( mocha brown), with accents of gold and ivory
Make sure you purchase the Swarovski flat back stones
I used size 9ss which was pretty small so you could definitely go up a size if you like for your cake topper letter
Your table accent letters could be larger.
I did mt table numbers with stones and I purcahsed the 16ss for those.
As far as colors ....
Check out his color chart..it shows each stone
http://www.rhinestoneshop.com/rhinestone-colors/
My suggestions would be
use the smoked topaz for a brown color and Chrysolite for the ivory...and then paint your wood letters gold to give it a shimmer from behind
Thank you so much I will surely do that. Eddy sent me a picture of a number that he did and it had a beading edge on it. I thought it was lovely. I was wondering how I was going to decorate the stand. I was thinking of just shalacking it. I thought that I migh mess it up if I tried to put stones on it.
Ok I know this might take up alot of room, but I wanted you ladies to see the color chart. I was thinking about getting the light smoked topaz and the satin stones.
But thanks for the response. I need help with the colors also attached is the color of my girls dress. What color stones do u think. And do u cover both sides and how many stones do u need to purchase???

Hi Teresa, for the stone color, I think you should use either Cobalt or Sapphire and for the stone effect, use the white opal sky blue. You only need the stone in the front of the letters.
Ok why did I place and order with eddy for my cake topper and for the stand with our initials for the place card table friday night well after 10pm and he just emailed me the finished products. I am so pleased with his work.

Wow, that was fast. I think I'm going to jump on yet another DIY. I'm going to return the very expensive letters we've ordered and go with Crafty Eddy instead. Since he charges only $20 for the letters, right sisters? And I new last name has 2 initials that's only $40. Plus the crystals and the glue, I'm still saving a lot of money.
No he charges 3.00 a letter. For him to make the stand that has or Intitials and a heart, plus the cake topper, and shipping and handling, it came out to 25.00
Anybody know anyone that can decorate cake topper letters or cake letter s for a small fee of course.I am not crafty at all!!Something like the picture below!!
Ok, I ordered Swarovski Crystals a while back to use on one of my DIY projects but that project fell through. (The idea in my head seemed good but once I started working on it I realized that it wasn't that great in reality.) So now I have all these crystals and figured that I might as well use them for a Monogrammed Cake Topper.
I was going to ask for website listings but I guess Crafty Eddy is the person I should contact. Yes?

How is the garnet rhine stone? I was thinking of useing the 16 size one for my letter. Also did you cover just the front with the stones or back too? I'm going to email eddy today for a letter!
It really depends on your font. My 'J' has such intricate swirls that the 16ss was too large for those sections. I used 10ss - which is super tiny but I got them from someone for cheaper than it would have been to buy the 12ss.
ok, my wedding colors are burgandy and ivory. SHould I use just burgandy stones or ivory too? Or should I just do a silver color? i'm not good at making patterns so any ideas too would be great!

Welcome to the sisterhood dazy585. I think that Burgundy with some Gold or Silver might be just fine instead of the ivory. You need some major bling and the Gold or silver with the Burgundy will give you just that touch of Bling that you're looking for.
