Finally Ieasha!!! You've made it. I know that we sound impatient by wanting to know every single detail of your day, but you're married and that's all that matters. Have fun and enjoy your honeymoon. We will be here, of course, waiting on those pictures. Congratulations sister!!!
Thank you thank you! I have a lot to tell you about that day! Man oh man! I just thought that I would give you a preview but I will come back with the full blown details!
In the Bahamas
In St. Thomas...bad picture but I will fix it and show a better one later!
Ok I will be back, right now I am about to board the plane so...see you ladies in a few!!
ok I am back. My flight has been delayed for two hours so may as well start this right?
We got on the ship on Saturday, Ft. Lauderdale has awesome weather for this time of year! The first stop was the Bahamas and the weather (winds & water) were so bad they had to bring us right back to the ship. Alright fine. The next stop...St. Thomas.
We hit a cold front in the middle of the night which made the captain have to slow the course down. We got to St. Thomas 2 hours after we were suppose to be there which was also 2 hours after we were to be married. Next problem, the laundry service could not find what they did with my baby's tuxedo so now I am totally balistic at this point. The wedding people are calling wondering why we haven't gotten off the ship yet and I am screaming at the room steward to go and find his tuxedo. The wedding people had to leave because they had to do another wedding and told us they would come back for us in three hours but...we had to get to the court house to pick up the license ourselves since they had to go. Ok fine, now we are taxing it around St. Thomas trying to find the court house to get out license! We found the court house and then we had to find our way back to the ship to get dressed with the hope that they found his tuxedo. Ok, so we get back on the ship, get dressed, even had time to have lunch and we head back to the pier to wait for them. They (the weddding people) call and say that they are on their way and they took forever! It was like 90 degrees out there and we are HOT, my poor baby sweating his but off standing in the hot sun with a BLACK tuxedo on! Finally they pick us up and take us on a little tour around the island, put us in some air condition, gave us some water and took us off to the beach. It was so peaceful, the water was so blue, and the sand so white and soft! It was simply wonderful! I couldn't stop giggling and he had tears in his eyes! Man after all the running around that morning, it was so worth it. Back on the ship the people we ate dinner with bought us gifts and drinks and then we went to the club and requested bunch of love songs for us to dance to it was just great! I just can't wait to see my pictures which I should have she said in a week! I will post some of the other ones from the ship when I finally get home!
When I first started reading your post about how your day was going I started feeling a little nervous about how things turned out but I see that your day turned out perfect

Congratulations Mrs. Iesha! Well I am so happy that everything turned out to be so wonderful in the end. Sounds like you had a great wedding day overall!! The two of you look really happy in the pics that you posted. Can't wait to see the rest of them. Have a Merry Christmas with your new hubby:)
These are not the wedding photos but here are some others. I believe there are atleast a few with our wedding attire on. I have to wait for the photos from the photographer on the island.

Ieasha your pics are gorgeous. You to look so relaxed that you would have never known the day started so hectic. The towels shaped like animals were so cute and I really like the one of your hand with Henna holding the rings.
