I wanted to say hello and say that you ladies have a lot of good and informational advice. Thanks for the info. My wedding is July 26 2008 I really look forward to keep using this board.

Hey there I am also new to the board.
I am so excited that there are other women out there I can identify with.. I am getting married August 30, 2008 in Oregon.. Yes Oregon.

Hello again ladies finally have time to sit down and write a little about my plans. My colors are black, white and gold. I have a big bridal party. 7 bm and 1 jr bm, and 7gm and 1 jr gm, ring bearer and flower girl and 3 jr hosts. I'm wearing the traditional white gown and all, my bm, are wearing black short dresses and fl and jr bm are wearing gold dresses. Gm and host are wearing black striped tuxs. I also have a wedding coordinator who is helping me.we are getting married in church and then the reception will be in a hall with 160 guest.My bms are carrying the broom bouquets and i'm jumping the broom.
6 months until we become one

Those colors sound great Scat..
I guess I haven't told everyone one my colors either..our colors are Brown&Cream the actual theme is Chocolate & Champagne. We are getting married at the Portland Waterfront Marriott. let's see 7 bridesmaides,2 jr bridesmaids, 7 groomsmen 4 flower girls (2 are twins).. 200 guests.. i haven't found that special dress yet but I'm pretty sure it will be white i dont look too good in the ivory or champagne lol.. ok that's what i have so far :)
