Ok,
So I'm planning the wedding for 2009 in the spring I want to use the colors Champagne and Lilac what I want to know is would it be tacky to alternate the colors of my Bridesmaid dresses between Champagne and Lilac?

Welcome Oaklandlady!

It wouldn't be tacky at all, very beautiful actually! We planned for the spring at first and with a bigger party ...and all of our ladies were going to wear the same dress but a different pastel for each and the guys matching vest to one of the ladies, with me in champagne.

The other ladies will give you great advise as well as tell you our motto is ...

"MY DAY MY WAY" ... so have whatever your heart desires!

Welcome Oaklandlady. Your color choices sound beautiful. Alternating colors wouldn't be tacky at all.

Colours should be fine for that time of year. My colours are champagne, aqua blue and gold for Feb 2009 and I was thinking of alternating bridesmaid colours but not sure yet.....
