Okay ladies since i have been trying to plan my wedding the dilema im having is with the photographers!!!!!! what is the most you should spend on a photographer? All the packages i have been recieving are 8000.00 to 3500.00 is that right? help!!!!!!
Soon, it all depends on your budget. Acording to the knot, the photography and videography should be about 12 percent of your budget. We are spending about 3,500 and it pretty much includes all the prep and until the last guest leaves. Good luck!

My photographer is here in Baltimore BUT he did tell me he travels. He's charged my sister, my friend, and myself $400. I can give you his information if you like.
FH did a wedding in ohio for I want to say 800. The brides mom new him from church and brought him down for he wedding and they paid for his stay at a motel.

Hey Diva Turyia, I know that you're still in honeymoon bliss, but you get a moment, please share with me the information about your photographer, with a price like that, I would love to have him as one of my vendors. I would just love to see his portfolio.
My photographer is AMAZING.... For our engagement session, we only paid $150 and for the ceremony we are only paying a little over $500. (we contracted him at his 2007 rate).

I found a videographer for $300 for ceremony only. He does videography at my best friends church so I'm waiting on a demo from him. Now the cheapiest I've found online for videgraphy was $1095 @ bly sky films. Amazing work
sad to say...I still dont have a photographer
ITs so hard being here in ATlanta and the wedding being in VA
Im relying a lot on websites and asking photographers to send me pictures via email to view

this is my photographer, I can give you his email if you need it. I really like his work and his prices are really good. What part of VA is the wedding? He's in the DC/VA/MD Metro area.
