Sorry ladies for the delay but here are my details:
Saturday, September 15th
Well, I woke up around 6:15 for my 7:00 hair appointment. It was drizzling outside. As I was driving it started raining. A very dark and gloomy morning. I sat under the dryer and prayed that the weather would clear up. About 20 minutes later the sun came out full blast! Thank you Jesus! After I left the salon, I ran and got my nails done. I would've done it on Friday, but I ran out of time. From there, it was off to the suite! While there, I had to lock myself in the bedroom. It was crazy there! I was running behind time. The photographer showed up and I was no where near ready! He had to wait downstairs for about an half hour or so. Tell me this, why does everyone and their momma call you on your wedding day??? My phone rang non-stop! Finally, my MOH took my phone from me!
Once, I put my dress on and was headed out to the limo, the water works started. I was so nervous, why I dont' know. My nerves were a wreck! I've never felt that was my whole entire life. As soon as I got to the venue, I had to get a shot! That was the only thing that helped for the moment. Then, they were shot again. lol
As my HUSBAND, pastor and BM came out, I had the soloist sing, The Day I Married An Angel. You know the song that Jamie sang to Fancy. Except, she changed it to say, well it's been 9 years. :-) After that, the parents came out to Spend My Life With You, the BP marched to The Wedding Song (John P Kee) and I came out to I Commit To You. I cried from the hotel until I reached the end of the aisle where I met my FH. The ceremony went well, except my unity candles weren't set up right. Being that we were late (1/2 hour), I didn't have time to go take pics at the park, instead we took them in the ceremony room. Then, it was party time! I didn't get my professional pics back yet, but here are some other pics that my cousins took.
