Welcome to the site Shannica. I passed through St. Louis yesterday but I'm not really familiar with the area. Have you checked for any venues near the Arch? Are their any museums or libraries nearby? I think having a wedding with the arch in the background can be romantic. I wish I could help you more on this.

Thanks for the welcome! I have thought about a venue close to the Arch but most of them are out of our price range. Haven't looked into the libraries/museums but I will check it out.
