I love your pics!! was that your entire wedding party? I am concerned about having a small party (3 girls/guys) but after seeing your pics it looks just as nice as the BIG parties!

Yep that was it! We included our wedding colors on an information card that came with the invites and many people in our family dressed in the wedding colors so when we took pictures with the family members (both sides) it looked really great...so that kind of compensated for the small wedding party

Yeah I'll post some more later on....I have to do it from my laptop instead of my work computer though. Thanks for the compliment. That neckalace was 55.00 from Claires....It was so extravagant so I sacrificed to get it....My tiara/headband was also from Claire's but I only spent 16.99 on it. I think my dress was a little extravagant, so I took time to figure out which piece of jewelry should be a little flashy.....The funny thing is, my husband gave me a diamond neckalace shaped like a key the night before the wedding, and I got the feeling later on that he wanted me to walk down the aisle in it....but I was so psyched about the "Austrian crystal" neckalace I sat the expensive one down and put it away......But had I worn it, I probably wouldhave seen some tears...he liked my crystal one though:)
thats the same cake i want!!! except fh wanted something else, and he won on that issue. anyway, your pictures are stunning, you were a beautiful bride!!

Oh yes, Claire's is definitely worth it....You would have to ask to see the jewelry behind the glass. You can't just pick those up and put them in your basket....they are usually "hidden" or put away!
I love amd want that same dress but my maid of honors keep saying because i am plus size i should wear something like that because it makes u looker a lot bigger.They havn't even seen me in the dress they just going on design.
I would like to say that u guys make a lovely couple and the dress looked very nice on u.
It's your day your way. If that is the dress you want then go for it. I wouldn't let anyone discourage me from what I want. I believe you will look beautiful in any dress you choose because black in any shape or size is beautiful:)
Ok so the internet peoples are on my nerves I just typed a long response and it disappeared, so here it goes again.
I am a plus size bride and tried on a dress just like that (at David's Bridal, it may have been the same one)
It fit beautifully. The trussing up the back made it hug my curves in all the right places and made it have a custom type fit.
Also I'm very busty and I found that strapless dresses fit and look better than halters or ones with sleeves.
Sweetie don't let anybody tell you that you can't wear a style because of your size. Curves are there for a reason and obviously your FH loves it and you and he is the one you will be staring at as you come down the aisle.
Just as a note, if you are looking for a strapless bra, go to www.lanebryant.com ASAP they have very good quality longline strapless bras on clearance right now. (you have to go to the clearance to find them)
I have 4 of them and some of them are as cheap as $7. Even if you don't end up with a strapless dress the bra has clear convertable straps too and is just a good thing to have.

I agree with the other ladies, if you try it and you like it-then DO it!! :) since I have been married before I have had people say "I hope you are not wearing white" and even though I am not IF I wanted to I would!! my response to them is if you don't like my choices, then buy me whatever YOU think I would look good in and I will GLADLY wear it and guess what I hear????? SILENCE!!!!!! :)

Thanks Theresa. I think you should get the dress. I actually was a 14-16 at the time, but I had to order an 18 because they run small. I
still had to get it altered because I am 5'4 1/2 (needed hem), plus my boobs are small (needed altering at the bust)...We are all shaped different and the alterations make the dress fit your figure....You should try on the dress and get it if you love it....Thats what I did! I think that because that dress is a "head turner" they may be afraid that you will be looking waaayyy to daggone good, and they may get a little jealous....but like the show says: Who's wedding is it anyway?"
Being more conservative, people were PLEASANTLY surprised to see me in that dress...especially with the top being like that! But 8-months later I still get compliments...so there u go:)

We are going to go back to Destin....THIS TIME we may come out of the hotel more and enjoy the beach, and some shopping:) We had been looking for other places to go, our other option was Savannah for their cute "Bed and Breakfasts" but we decided that we wanted to go back to our honeymoon spot in Destin, and get some more done this time....
I am definitely looking forward to the break. We leave tomorrow, but the hotel has wireless so I will drop in on you guys. Our anniversary is actually Monday and I am so excited. It will be a little cool out there, but its going to warm up. We have paid for our hotel, and put money to the side so we can do a little more shopping. If I don't look so busted in the pics, I will post some:) The water there is very clear,and the sand is soft like sugar (except it never gets clumpy)...
House, you are right, time flies, but we just try to make the best of each day. Thanks and I love ya'll.
